Make your spooky season even more fun with this blackberry daquiri cocktail

- 4–5 fresh blackberries
- 1 1/2 ounces light rum
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 to 3/4 ounce simple syrup, to taste
- 1 teaspoon butterfly pea tea powder (optional)
Instructions
- Muddle the blackberries and butterfly pea tea powder in the bottom of a cocktail shaker
- Fill up the cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add in rum, lime juice, and simple syrup
- Place the lid on, shake, and double strain into a coupe glass (or any glass of your choosing)*
Notes
If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, a mason jar works just fine
*I used a larger coupe glass for the photo, what you see in the photo is 1.5x the recipe listed above in order to fill up the glass more for the picture
