I’m so glad you’re here! I have spent the last 15 years cooking and creating recipes for my husband who has celiac disease, and over the years I have fallen in love with the process. Welcome to the landing space where I get to share all of those tested and tried recipes with you! By sharing these recipes with you, my goal is to inspire you to find enjoyment in your kitchen and maybe even learn some new tips along the way! All of my recipes are 100% gluten free (and dairy free optional a lot of the time too!). I am passionate about promoting cooking that speaks to a wide range of tastes and helps people with gluten intolerance or celiac disease focus on what they can have instead of what they can’t.
